The Lie of the Land by Amanda Craig: A Review

Amanda Craig has written an epic that explore the intricate boundaries of society and human interaction.

The layered structure and multiple viewpoints coherently illustrates the story in such a beautiful way.

I am a sucker for a bit of black comedy so the dialogue between characters and the depictions of their thoughts were humorous and helped me to thoroughly enjoy the reading experience.

This is something I would definitely recommend to anyone who likes black comedy, exploring the issues that can arise from marriage and moving house, and the different cultures of the UK.

Rating: 4/5

The novel will be published on 15th June 2017.
